I find that if I can mentally prepare, the news is a little easier to handle.<span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Of course I want to ask my husband if he knows anything, but I\u2019ll let it go for now (unless he reads this blog).<span> <\/span>I\u2019m sure he is focusing on coming home soon and isn\u2019t even giving this as much thought as I am.<span> <\/span>It is hard to ignore when this headline has been in the news for the past couple of days.<span> <\/span>I\u2019m sure I\u2019m not the only spouse or family member worrying.<span> <\/span>I guess it comes with the job of being a Marine Corps wife.<span> <\/span><span> <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is certainly hard to hear the news that the U.S. will be sending 30,000 troops to Afghanistan.
